Gnight

Good night my little darlings
It's time to go to bed.
It's time to say goodnight
To the moon above out heads.
Even though were saying our sad little goodbyes, it doesn't mean were staying
This way for eternity's time.
But before I go there are a few things I'd like to say:

To Abbi, my poke buddy,
We must resume our war
For I say, life without you is such a bore.

To Baylee, my Evil Twin (said in the most loving of ways)
You got the last bump
From hitting your head so hard it raised a lump.

To Melanie, O queen of Sarcasm, What shall I say?
'Read my lips; no new taxes': that's all for today.

To Tim, you geek,
Do not forget,
Enunciate all letters and punctuation when reading Hamlet.

To Kitty... You need an esoteric memory
We should build some in little over two weeks. Shall we?

To Landon, who p'wns at ninja,
We'll give back your stuff
If you let us win at bluff often enough

To Brenna, who hates cooked carrots,
Be nice to Christiana
Because you know she loves you. And because we bite.

To Jake, the best whiteboy rapper,
I leave a note:I hope your day's fantastic
Much love, from the Queen Bombastic

To 'Mykal', who is the only guy I know who likes 'Twilight'
Shut up, he's colourblind, bananas are fruits
And grow in trees (And Harry Potter is just better)

That's all I have to say, my dears.
And with that I say farewell.
I pray for pretty dreams to fill your heads
I hope to see you tomorrow,
Provided I survive the monsters beneath my bed.

(Btw, thanks Ana for the idea and intro <3)

A little poetry

If I retrace my steps,
Can I relive our memories?
If I go back to our place
where we were together,
Can I remember you more clearly?
To where your words painted a picture
I could never forget.

It seems so long ago
But it wasn't but a few months.
We made plans for the future
Ones that fell through.
How can you be so close,
Yet so very far away?
Come back
I miss you today.

I sit here, alone drifting through foggy thoughts
A warm breeze pulling lazy,
Invisible fingers through my hair
Lulling me to sleep.
I think of the song you sing to me
Am I dreaming?
For a second you were right beside me...

If I retrace my steps,
Can I relive our memories?
If I go back to our place
where we were together,
Can I remember you more clearly?
To where your words painted a picture
I could never forget.

The sun sets on my fantasies
I have miles yet before I'm home.
I intend to come back
Maybe next time
We could come here together
Until then, dear friend.

Greetings from Sparky

Hey, Sparky here. I realise that in my first post I really didn't introduce myself. I'm 14, I'm a violinist, I enjoy sculpting, drawing ( I have a Asian style and I do JAPANESE manga [mon guh. I had to put a pronunciation guide. Its a pet peeve to have Japanese words mispronounced]), some acrylic painting, acting, and especially writing. Ive grown up in the arts so, I guess you could I had a jumpstart in that area. I am a firm christian and I can and will support my beliefs. Other than art, I like cycling, Speech and Debate and most all of school, especially History, English and Science.

The teddy bear depicted above is my bear. I've been drawing him (Baron von Tennomikura VII), he is my muse. Hes about two feet in standing and very soft =). He'll be a reaccuring theme for a while.

For now, Sparky.

Hey Everyone!

Hey everyone, I'm new to this whole blogging thing, but I'll give it a shot!

A few things about myself;
I am small in stature, but huge in nerdom. I know quite a bit about various weapons, and would be glad to bore you to tears with it any time!

I'm a beginning blacksmith. I'm an artist blacksmith at the moment, but I aspire to become a good bladesmith/armour smith. My big goal is to become a skilled khukri maker.

I have a high respect for Winston Churchill, Mark Twain, and almost any member of the Gurkha tribe.

I am a strong conservative Christian, and I can't be swayed from it. Sorry. :/

I like writing random little stories, and would be glad to do so at almost any time.

I think that's about it, I'll come back later if I can think of anything else.

Quote of the day; "It's not the size of the dog in the fight that matters, but the size of the fight in the dog."- Mark Twain

First Post

Well now! Welcome to the creative murmurings I call a blog. Today being a Saturday, I will have plenty of time to create. I will do pottery for the most part I think. I have been doing a little series of teddy bears. Drawing, painting, sculpting... (and I bought myself a teddy bear for 'inspiration'). They tend to be cute but some have a (as a Landon described them) dark streak. Pictures up later.
